    same problem here, all was running fine for a few hours then lock ups. now locks when i try and access the next story race, very annoying as i cant progress any further.

    Yeah it does have free roam but if your car has a bit of heat on it then u will always get chased by the cops which may not be the best thing for your kid Geddee, I dunno how old he is but if he wants to just tear around crashing into stuff then i would advise not to get this game unless he wants to complete it, hope this comment helps.

    i highly recomend this game if you like racing fast cars ,running away from police and dodging cars on highways at high speeds.

    the tuning in nfs undercover is rubbish the only good things are the graphics but can get jump at high speeds and the cars thats it tuning is rubbish game length is rubbish EA have really rished to make this game i think its because midnight club la came out so early but the the only good things of that are the tuning and online free roam other wise that is rubbish to

    nfs undercover does have a main menu ppl its whn u press the start button its there u can acsess online an photo mode etc... an mine keeps frezzin too but i corted it on ps3 delete the save data on ur hdd then install it again if it dnt work simple thing is ur playin tooo much lmao.... i have 25 cars 3.5mill in the bank an this game is mint i have the car of transformers an i love it thumbs up ea this is a gr8 game

    It frezzis because the chip has to many processes, and the chip gets hot and melts off a bit, one method is to wrap up te xbox in a coat/towel etc. to over heat it and melt the chip back on

    I have a pretty decent spec machine (AMD X2 6000+, 8GB DDR2-800, XFX 8800GTX 768MB, Creative Labs Xi-Fi Platinum, Vista 32-bit) yet I have to run with all settings either down to low or off... When is there going to be a patch to fix all the performance issues... This game is barely a Beta in my books.

    I have just bought Need for Speed undercover on the Wii and its a great game!! However, i was just wondering whether anyones figured out how to unlock any other cars yet?? I'm currently driving the Porsche Cayman which i've modified but i hear there's a Veyron & Audi R8 on the game somewhere?!? Also anyone know any 'cheats' yet??

    yh everyones keeps freezing because there is 2 many good graphics into the game and it causes it to freeze alot and would need to restart ur xbox 360 to continue playing. but what i found out is after bout a week of playing or something it stops doing it i just does it coz its a new game with alot of high quality graphics. anyways the more u play it the less it would freeze and after a while it wouldnt at all like mine :)

    Look, to find out when the next community day comes, go on NSF:Undercover, go to the start menu and go to Xbox live(if you got xbox, any other console, i dunno what its called) , then hit news, it should say there, check every 3 days. - if you get disconnected while playing undercover online on xbox, or if it lags while playing offline, i suggest you intall the game to your hard drive disk, last i remember i only took up about 4GB, not that much

    One last thing, if you're interested in getting a shelby terlingua, hit the start button whiel in free roam, go to cheat codes and type this EXACT code down, NeedForSpeedShelbyTerlingua , note that this car can only be driven on online gameplay , unfortunately.

    Game is very annoying! i have the same freezing problem i am glad to see i am not the only person that is suffering this! was having fun then all of a sudden it crashed...been doing it ever since, very annoying considering i payed for a 800G pack for the xbox! very poor!

    i only need 3 more achievements and it seems impossible to get them, the 119 races, the 25 ranked wins and the community day one, ive done over 200 ranked races and ive won 56 of them, still no achievements?!?!?!?! and the community day... well thats just never gonna happen it seems

    Freezing Problem : I had this problem and the way i fixed it was to install the game onto my Xbox console, it takes up around 4.5gb, so best you have a 60gb console or an Elite. Hope this helps :)

    yo, WAZup dudes, i also got quite a bad freezing prob, but not rely in da same way as AGENTSAM, it happens wen i online and i do circuit races and stuff, da road and scenery in front will sometimes just not be der, and wen i drive into it, da gamescreen freezes and goes blue for quite a long time, ive got a patch for this, but apparently, it can ruin da game even more, can anyone help?? i would rely appreciate it. LamboMan007 out ;)

    guys, i'm not sure if it's still on but there was a community day on the 8th and 9th, got the achievement yesterday... now my problem is the notorious and the other online races achievements ive done 200 races, and won 112, why dont i have the achievements?

    I have a ps3 and just do the update for nfs undercover to 1.02 and the game was terrible to play. The game has successive freezes and takes a long time in loadings thing that happened not in version 1.01 is the fact that version 1.02 so the gameplay was worse. I would like to know if those responsible for the game will read this and it will take to to fix the damage because they do not admit to 60euros for a game and it does not work right.     ASTON110!! listen on man.... your message was i quote "to all you guys where the game freezes, get a decent graphics card" well all i have to say about that is you dont have a clue what you are talking about!! i have Intel Core i7 965 processor and DUAL GDDR5 2GB RADEON 4850 with CROSSFIRE TECHNOLOGY and guess what it freezes!!! its the way they made the game noob! just so to all you people having problems its not your graphics card or proccessor its the damn game! bareing in mind you meet spec!

    If it keeps freezing then you have to put the game on to your hard disk instead, then it should work properly. it worked for me :)

    Such a goood game!!! I LOVE how you get the matte black and then put shiny black stickers on. It looks soo GOOOD!!! NEED FOR SPEED IS ONE OF THE BEST CAR GAMES OUT THERE. Dunno why people say its CRAP :S???

    my nfs uc has frozen once ended up taking the disk out and turning the wii off, lft it a while its been ok since didn't loose any info!
